Purpose:
  • To ensure that all Procurement Planning and Reporting activities are in Compliance with Company’s standards and procedures and to co-ordinate with all Procurement data-gathering.
Responsibilities:
  • All employees are responsible for performing their duties in a responsible manner in keeping with company’s HSEQ Policy.
  • Prepare and maintain Procurement Plan for C&P
  • Prepare a planning meeting schedule for all User Departments with schedule consistent with required activities
  • Ensure data validity and integrity of the C&P Planning Data and Systems, performing exception reports and verifying results with relevant Dept. focal points.
  • Monitor the consistency between the Procurement Plan and Company’s activities.
  • Act as point of contact for any specific issues concerning Planning and Monitoring Procurement Cycle.
  • Act as point of contact for any specific issues concerning expediting activity for User Depts.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of Procurement and Planning activity.
  • Compile reports in accordance with APR, EAL management and auditor’s reporting requirements

  • Develop and maintain C&P “how to” documentation.

Main Interfaces:

  • Acts as Focal Point for all the Procurement Planning and Monitoring activities with APRU.

External:
  • Principal contacts with wide range of external contractors/service providers to seek/exchange information.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Ideally Tertiary qualification in (law, economics, engineering preferred) or higher degree or other suitable experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in reporting and planning role.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in working for a major oil company in the Exploration & Production business area.
Required Competencies:
  • Familiarity with contract and procurement methods, terminology and processes;
  • Very good performance orientation with close attention to detail;
  • Team player capability, frequent interaction with all other User Departments;
  • Very good internal auditing/monitoring skills;
  • Ability to produce concise and accurate reports;
  • High degree of computer literacy and proven skills in Microsoft, Visio, Project, Word, Excel,  Power Point programs;

Airswift are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical and Piping within the mining industry to join their high performing project team to lead and coordinate the delivery of a major project within the mineral sector. Reporting to the Area Manager for Process Plants, this role will involve the management of key interfaces including Project controls, Procurement and Contracts and Engineering and Design functions, Construction and Commissioning.
The role will be based in Perth, WA and offered on an initial 12-month contract.

What you’ll do:
  • Effectively manage a multi-discipline scope through engineering, procurement and construction project phases through to successful completion.  
  • Manage a range of mechanical, piping procurement packages.
  • Manage scope, budget and schedule to ensure successful project delivery, including change management.
  • Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
  • Act as co-ordination interface with client to ensure that the client's expectations are satisfied while ensuring the project conforms to the client's approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
  • Effectively contribute or produce execution plans and strategies for projects, and manage commercial outcomes.
  • Manage scope, cost, schedule for the defined area of responsibility, ensure change management is applied and participate in Constructability, Operability and Maintainability Workshops.

QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instrumentation and control engineering
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms, integration to the existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines, debottlenecking of existing functions, all these activities could be executed across several international sites. 
  • Projects Engineering documents are reviewed efficiently, in time
  • Projects tasks/studies are well managed as per standards and contractual requirements, with a placement in dues times of proposed deviations.
  • All the technical interfaces with the design team are correctly managed, pre-FEED and FEED meet the organization’s safety regulations, reach the quality conformance and are performed within schedule,
  • Project bases of designs are robust and secure the detail engineering phases, the next project phases and finally the operation phases.
  • Engineering dossier (pre-FEED, then FEED) is delivered with a robust process definition aligned with clear bases of design, a consolidated project scope, a clear project state of requirement
  • Internal and external technical reviews (Project reviews, etc.) are done and completed.
  • Design of the projects is optimized (CAPEX and OPEX) to obtain a fit for purpose unit: safe for construction, operation, maintenance.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Min 15 years’ experience as engineer in instrumentation and control engineering field in Oil and Gas activities.
  • Strong engineering knowledge and experience in ICSS design either in greenfield and brownfields projects, offshore experience is required.
  • Major operator experience is required
  • Experience working in Asian Fabrication yard will be a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and good communication skills
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment

About the role

The Credit Risk & Contracts Senior Analyst is responsible for evaluating, managing and monitoring the credit risk exposure for the relevant country/business to support delivery of business goals through optimisation of the balance between credit risk and reward.

 

Education/Experience

As a Senior Expeditor, you will be responsible for expediting a wide variety of engineered and non-engineered materials and equipment as required by project or Company needs. Broad experience, particularly in complex procurement activities typical to the engineering, construction, energy, chemical and resources sectors is required. 


The role responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for all assigned activities related to the expediting of equipment and materials ensuring schedule and quality compliance.
  • Organises and/ or participates in KOM and Supplier progress meetings.
  • Provides continuous insight into supplier’s progress towards meeting purchase order requirements, particularly delivery schedule.
  • Updates expediting status including milestones and progress updates in the material management system Aveva ERM.
  • Review Vendor Package Progress Report, any delays in progress to be identified and addressed to relevant stakeholders and work mitigation plan to overcome the delay.
  • To expedite (both internally & externally) and ensure all the Design Critical Documents are approved to facilitate PIM/ Fabrication start.
  • Expedite for Sub Supplier Index and ensure all Sub orders are placed on time to meet the schedule.
  • Expedite/ monitor the Fabrication process and ensure all the Witness/ hold Points are addressed, NOI (Notice of Inspection) is issued.
  • Work with engineering, planning, project controls, construction, HSE and quality to ensure suppliers and contractors deliver specified services on-time.
  • Regular interface with package and client’s team as required.
  • To expedite for IRC (Inspection release certificate) upon successful completion of the final Inspection. Any open Punchlist items needs to be expedited for close.
  • To review Vendor packing list that meets TMR/ Contract requirements.
  • To issue SRN (shipping release note) when final shipping inspection is completed and final packing list, commercial invoice and other shipping documents are received.
  • To work with Logistics and ensure the items are collected from Contract incoterm location.
  • Any OS&Ds identified needs to be addressed with Vendor and closed.
  • To expedite/ ensure all the documents are approved, including MDR and the Package is closed.
What you’ll have
  • Demonstrable commitment to HSE requirements in project environments
  • University Degree in engineering, supply chain, quantity surveying/construction management or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Extensive expediting experience in executing major projects in an EPCM / EPC organization. 
  • Highly skilled in interpreting supplier schedules and identifying and analysing critical path/s
  • Ability to proactively set priorities related to complex situations having multi-project and/or organizational impact.  
  • Effectively communicate and present complex proposals and recommendations to senior level management and stakeholders. Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers from multiple countries and locations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage suppliers across multiple time zones.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication within the energy and construction sector.
  • Ability to understand client standards and specifications for equipment and materials, including packaging and logistics compliance requirements.

The position will support all phases of onshore and offshore Construction and Commissioning, starting from the Define phase and continuing through the Execute phase. This role includes influencing the client to incorporate Commissioning-in-design at the Metairie office. Responsibilities include producing deliverables from Define to startup phases, working within the client engineering organization, providing input to the final IFC design, producing plans and drawings to support commissioning project scopes, and reviewing and applying engineering and vendor documents in the development of System Commissioning Procedures (SCP’s). Additionally, the position will review 3rd party procedures as needed for the project. During Fabrication, the position will make regular field trips to support site-based Commissioning Technicians’ activities, including participation in MC walkdowns and punch listing, audits of Pre-Commissioning checks (B check sheets), and participation in 3rd party activities (such as cleaning and leak testing). During offshore commissioning, the position may support the site-based offshore Commissioning team as requested. The position will also support the update of, and adherence to, the Onshore and Offshore Commissioning Logic Sequence (Part of the Shell CSU Commissioning Plan) and Preservation Plan (Transportation and Long-Term Storage). Ensuring the highest vigilance for Health, Safety, and the Environment is of utmost importance, which may include safety observations and interventions of unsafe acts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce Dynamic Commissioning Procedures for Mechanical and Process Systems, coordinating with the E/I Commissioning Lead to include this discipline in multi-discipline procedures.
  • Support the review, revision, and approval of procedures by the client.
  • Produce, or support the production of, the system’s Performance Test Procedure.
  • Attend FATs at vendor locations when required.
  • Identify Commissioning Spares for all project POs and order spares through the Procurement group, preparing POs.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, international codes, standards, and approved codes of practice as they relate to Commissioning activities.
  • Review Pre-Commissioning procedures created by 3rd party contractor detailed work packs.
  • Coordinate Engineering discipline transfer of data to the 3rd party Completions Management Systems (CMS).
  • Provide input into the overall project plans and schedules, ensuring it is possible to achieve agreed schedule (adequate resources and durations).
  • Review and comment on all vendor documents related to mechanical and process equipment including datasheets, GA’s, BOM’s, test procedures (FATs).
  • Support the site-based Commissioning team in the development of requirements and timing for materials, resources, and external services for onshore and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to ensure these requirements are secured.
  • Support the startup of the project through the client CSU and Operations team in the execution of Start-up activities and Performance Testing where required.
  • Maintain a focus on HSSE in engineering design and in the execution of field activities.

Qualifications:

  • A degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • Operational experiences as a Facility Engineer or Mechanical Maintenance supervisor are a plus.
  • Must have mechanical process systems knowledge for oil and gas facilities.
  • Preferably have offshore deepwater experience, brownfield and greenfield project experience, and experience with large/mega projects that required the utilization of an onshore fabricator with heavy lift to offshore.
  • A background in large motors and turbines is a plus.
  • Specific experience in upstream Oil & Gas systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated successes in the delivery of commissioning and projects safely.

  • Project Leadership: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take a leading role in the FEED phase of refinery projects. Brief

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in refinery projects, and a strong focus on stationary equipment design. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing various aspects of the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase and project execution for mega Refinery upgrade.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Project Leadership: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take a leading role in the FEED phase of refinery projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, civil engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project planning, design, and execution. Also, managing designer reviews and represent the client in reviews and workshop.
 
  • Stationary Equipment Design: Your primary responsibility will be reviewing design packages and overseeing the stationary equipment required for refinery operations. This includes but is not limited to pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, boilers, piping, and other critical static equipment.
 
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all designs and engineering solutions adhere to relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations. Identify potential safety risks and implement necessary precautions to mitigate them effectively.
 
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in refinery processes and stationary equipment to provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges. Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications in compliance with international standard and Company standard and procedures.
 
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: Collaborate with the project management team to develop cost effective solutions for the mechanical scope of work. Monitor expenses and propose cost-saving measures without compromising safety and quality.
 
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and vendors to select the most suitable stationary equipment for refinery projects. Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct technical bid evaluations, and make informed recommendations.
 
  • Mentoring and Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior mechanical engineers within the team, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the overall expertise of the group.


Qualifications:
 
    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
    • Master's degree would be a plus.
    • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering roles within the Oil & Gas industry, with a specific focus on refinery projects and stationary equipment design.
    • Strong expertise in the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase and project execution.
    • Thorough knowledge of relevant industry standards such as ASME, API, and ASTM, as well as applicable safety regulations.
    • Proficient in engineering software and tools commonly used for design, analysis, and project management.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of rotating equipment principles, design considerations, and maintenance practices.
    • Proficiency in vibration analysis, failure analysis techniques, and reliability engineering.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including stress analysis, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide technical support for PSM/RMP group.
  • Complete revalidations of the Process Safety Information (PSI) prior to each regulatory unit Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) per the OSHA/EPA regulations.
  • Provide backfill support for PSI evergreen of the Process Technology Package (PTP) data.
  • Maintain site Engineering Records to ensure accurate and consistent data management for refinery equipment information.
  • Complete the PSI revalidation process per PSM-1601, Process Technology Package Redevelopment procedure.
  • Review information presented in each PTP section and redline data that needs to be reconciled or updated.
  • Compare information in the PTP to P&IDs, PFDs, EDMS, SAP, PCMS, Piping Schedules, etc. as needed to validate equipment/relief valve information.
  • Utilize site resources as needed including: PTP section owners, evergreen drafters and electrical personnel, PSM/RMP team, controls/systems/SIS personnel, etc.
  • Lead meetings to review discrepancies and proposed updates with area personnel/section owners. Incorporate feedback into redevelopment documents.
  • Prepare and distribute reference PSI documents needed by the PHA team, including the redlined PSI from the redevelopment effort.
  • Provide backfill support for PSI evergreen that needs to be updated from completed MOCs.
  • Maintain consistent filing structure within the site Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).
  • Scan/upload equipment information into EDMS according to equipment and document type.


Qualifications:
 
  • Knowledgeable in refinery processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
  • Knowledgeable in Management of Change and Process Safety Information.
  • Able to understand and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, mechanical equipment information, data sheets, process alarm and basic process controls information, and other equipment information as needed.
  • Able to understand industry codes/standards such as API, PSM, RMP, ASTM, ASME and the company’s Specifications and Standards.

The client seeks a talented Senior Reservoir Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide reservoir engineering expertise to the Subsurface Engineering team responsible for the development and surveillance of the White Rose and Terra Nova fields.
The professional will assist in planning and executing West White Rose development wells, will also support reservoir surveillance, history matching, and optimization of existing Subsea developments in the company’s project.



Key Responsibilities
Well Design & Execution
• Provide Reservoir Engineering analysis and documentation to the Well Design process in support of the project development plan
• Integrate with a multidisciplinary design team to create optimal well-drilling trajectories and completions
• Monitor wells during well construction and assess reservoir learnings to adapt development strategy
• Incorporate Well Designs and Reservoir Data into Reservoir Simulation Forecasts
• Evaluate reservoir impact and economics of brownfield projects, new wells, and interventions

Field Reservoir Management
• Provide reservoir management and surveillance of development wells within an integrated subsurface team
• Conduct classical reservoir engineering analysis on producing wells (decline analysis, pressure transient analysis, PVT, interference testing, material balance)
• History Match field data in Reservoir simulation to validate subsurface uncertainties, and provide well forecasts
• Make recommendations on operational strategies to improve reservoir recovery
• Identify interventions and workovers to provide additional reservoir data or improve recovery

Data Management & Analytics
• Contribute to reservoir engineering databases to support field planning and operational learning
• Identify & test software or workflows to improve reservoir decision quality, data storage and analysis

Field Development Planning
• Organize and manage ad hoc reservoir studies (i.e., special core analysis, fluid analysis, souring)
• Prepare and update regulatory applications and interface with the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB)
• Review and prepare reserve estimates and prepare economic justification of reservoir opportunities

Other
• Participating in the Atlantic Region Emergency Response Plan, as assigned
• Keep informed of technical advancements in the field of reservoir engineering



Qualifications
  • BSc in Engineering, MSc in considered an asset.
  • Professional Engineer or eligibility for status with PEG-NL is required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preference for reservoir engineering experience
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and the organization to achieve goals, and to identify and resolve problems.
  • Ability to adapt to a variable working environment with changing tasks, responsibilities, and people.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key issues based on relevant data and provide appropriate solutions/recommendations.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of acting independently, when required, and with initiative to achieve goals beyond what is required.

The 3D administrator will have to ensure the interfaces between the E3D2, 3D software and the users’ needs. It will be responsible for the update / publication of catalogs according to the needs of installation, will manage the architectures of the various 3D models, the adaptation, and the evolution of the software, and will guarantee the capitalization / Rex from the users.

ACTIVITIES
1. Responsible for all the services related to the optimal use of AVEVA solution for One Tech projects within the Engineering entity.
2. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of projects using AVEVA E3D or other type of 3D model software and associated modules environment.
3. Management of users, rights, databases. Management of the document output settings (REVIEW, ISODRAFT, DRAW, etc.), programming; support for evolutions and developments.
4. Participate in the implementation of AVEVA tools in the development of the digital Engineering 4.0 industry.
5. Define E3D tool specifications in line with project requirements.
6. Issue / update procedures for the use of E3D in assignment studies.
7. Participate in monitoring the actions of other E3D coordinators assigned on projects. Follow-up of standards and specifications, management of data exchanges with outside (partners, subsidiaries), "Cycle-Life" documentation.
