QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably Master’s degree (in RE / PE subject)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identification, planning and close follow-up the reservoir surveillance plans for the reservoir
  • Identification and follow-up of reservoir management activities to maximize production, voidage replacement improvement, and reduce the production decline rates
  • Perform simulation using ALSFFM and special studies related to well performance improvement
  • Use of IX and 4D Seismic to identify optimum zonal shifting and injection to increase sweep efficiency
  • Use of segmented well modelling (IX) both in ALSFFM and Single Well Models to optimize and design’s reservoir re-drill wells
  • Opportunities identification and maturation to FID (RD Workovers, Tubing Change-outs, Integrity WO, Stimulation...) for production and injection improvements
  • Timely generation of monthly unconstrained profiles for short term production forecast (Rolling Forecast)
  • New wells and work-overs post-mortem synthesis
  • Wells & Well Patterns reviews
  • WAG cycles optimization, execution, and follow-up
  • Surfactant pilots maturation, execution and monitoring
  • Support the Integrated Reservoir Management team within RMO unit on the cross reservoirs’ activities and studies
  • Support FO/PWP for day-to-day and short-term production / injection optimization
  • Perform simulation and models history match and share learnings with Development and Growth teams
  • Support Profiles and Reserves team by providing data for Integrated Asset Modelling
  • Support IRM team for NFA unconstrained profiles aggregation and analysis
EXPERIENCE:
  • 10+ years of experience within a subsurface organization
  • Experience with Intersect (IX), Eclipse, Petrel, EST & dynamic modelling workflows
  • In-depth understanding of Reservoir Management and surveillance processes

OBJECT

We are looking for an experienced instrumentation designer/draughtsman to carry out the studies and CAD.

PROFILE

With a DUT/BTS degree in physical measurements, automation and industrial computing, the position is open to holders of a bac+2 with at least 10 years of experience in the industrial, energy (preferably offshore O&G) or naval sectors and in engineering.

We are looking for an employee with the following requirements:

 
  • Knowledge of LV electricity, physical measurements, pneumatics, automation and industrial computing.
  • Curiosity and ability to analyze and understand technical topics.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks accurately, quickly and with quality.
  • Ability to manage the objectives (hours allocated to tasks) entrusted with progress monitoring to the group leader or the head of the instrumentation / automation study.

WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT

The work will be carried out autonomously, under the responsibility of the instrumentation design manager and/or the project manager and in interface with the other disciplines within the framework of pre-project and detailed pre-project studies and detailed studies.

This is a 12 months renewable contract, residential basis. 

The designee is responsible for all the scheduling, planning and progress measurement activities for the Papua LNG Project, and for the reporting at project level all along the course of the Project.

As such the designee is responsible for:
? Developing, maintaining all necessary procedures for Scheduling, Progress measurement and reporting during the FEED Phase in order to properly manage these activities during the CFT and subsequent execution phase.
? Defining (and updating as necessary) a suitable Work Breakdown Structure complying with Project needs in terms of progress control, cost control and reporting, for all phases of the Project.
? Reviewing and commenting contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling and progress control methodology, and to monitor contractors’ execution schedule, to check and approve contractors’ progress measurement and progress reports.
? ? Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field
? Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline
? Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby

Airswift is currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Engineer who will work in either Paris or Pau, France, for a global energy company that is now operating on a large LNG project in Oceania. 
This is a 12 months renewable contract starting as soon as possible.

You will perform the following activities: 
? CPF FEED Phase
2: o FEED studies with progress verification, gap analysis and Trends o Follow-up of EPSCC Schedules development o Call For Tender evaluation before FID o Follow-up of permitting activities associated with the CPF contracts execution requirements
? Contribute to the Papua LNG Overall Integrated Schedule.

The Service Holder will be responsible under Planning & Reporting Leader’s authority, for:
? Developing, maintaining all necessary procedures for Scheduling, Progress measurement to properly manage these activities during the CFT and subsequent execution phase.
? Developing and maintaining files for follow-up of quantities associated with scope of work and details as per work breakdown structure.
? Reviewing and commenting contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling, and progress control methodology, and to monitor contractors’ execution schedule, to check and approve contractors’ progress measurement and progress reports.
? Supervising, controlling, and coordinating the activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning and progress measurement; this includes active participation to the development of the project integrated project schedule supervision of scheduling and progress measurement activities during the Execution phase.
? Developing and maintaining schedules at Project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions.
? Ensuring availability (always) of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation. The Service holder shall also observe and impose strict confidentiality during the tendering phase and as a general manner all along the course of the Project.

The Service holder shall be accountable for the following:
? To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior regarding HSSE requirements. ? To provide a strong HSSE leadership and to define and ensure the effective implementation of the Project HSSE policy and commitment, by providing all necessary resources

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The Papua LNG Project is a key project as it is the first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea, it is a combined onshore and offshore development project comprising:
? Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines
? Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field
? Early works and Infrastructures
? Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline
? Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby Production Data: 875 MMSCFD of exported gas + 10kBPD of condensates

The main technical challenges are:
1. The upstream facilities and the pipeline export are located in a remote, dense and rainy tropical environment.
2. Infrastructures (road, quay, air-strip, base and camps) and river navigability shall be operational early during the project execution.
3. Ensure compliance of CPF design with Highest HSE Standards, Local requirements and IFC Standards.
4. Minimization of facilities footprint and of greenhouse gas emissions.
5. High seismicity area potentially impacting the design of the facilities.

The ‘’PNG environment’’ challenges are:
1. Papua LNG project will be spread along the Gulf of Papua. The area is highly environmentally sensitive with widespread biodiversity wilderness areas and coral reefs.
2. PNG is a young developing country with limited industrial sectors, skills shortages and high level of unemployment.
3. Train and employ PNG technical workforce to comply with the national regulation and the mobilization of National workforce in future construction teams.
4. Manage the risk related to the Project acceptability in an area which is culturally and linguistically diverse characterized by limited experience in Oil and Gas development projects.
5. Empowerment of Landowner companies established by people from the project area of influence in order to ensure in country sourcing activities.
6. Ensure a consistent National Content strategy between upstream and LNG plant extension.
7. Anticipated significant increase of the subsidiary activities and staff during the project execution.
8. Time and cost to obtain key project permits may be significant due to limited references of oil and gas development projects in PNG. The Papua LNG Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule and/or reducing the costs, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. The PNG content of the work will also be a key factor to its success

We are currently recruiting an experienced B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to work for an established aviation maintenance specialist, who are looking for an experienced LAME to ensure the airworthiness of aircraft fleet. Pilatus PC-12 Type Rating is required.

Salary-              $130,000 - $145,000 + Super
Relocation-       Interstate relocation package if required (from within Australia only)

Responsibilities
  • Identify and correct malfunctioning jet, turboprop and multi-engine aircraft components and systems
  • Diagnostic and mechanical duties incl. required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly
  • Service complex aircraft assemblies, landing gear, air conditioning systems, pressurisation systems, fuel control units, oil pumps, starter / generators, hydraulic and vacuum pumps
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs and component replacements
  • Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, including engine overhauls, avionics installations, and structural repairs.
  • Observe in-flight operation and troubleshoot any issues for repair
Required Experience
  • CASA Part 66 B1 or B2 License
  • Type Rating on Pilatus PC-12 aircraft
  • Full Australian working rights – must have current Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Airswift are currently seeking a suitably a qualified Senior Electrical Designer that will be responsible you will be responsible for daily dialogue and interaction with the core workshare execution team within the programme across the existing Management of Change Blacklining scopes, Small Design Projects portfolio, including ad-hoc engineering scopes. This co-ordination role will also involve the review/checking of design deliverables, including 3D Model(s). In the capacity of the Discipline Focal role the primary purpose of this multi-faceted role is to support a newly developed Minor works Team in developing and delivering a co-ordinated, streamlined project delivery.
The role will be based in Perth, WA and offered on an initial 12-month contract.
 
What you’ll do:
  •  Effectively manages multiple scopes of varying size and complexity.
  • Driven and proactive; strives to deliver a quality outcome and adaptable; able to shift focus depending upon given priorities.
  • Able to identify potential issues/concerns whilst, within a timely manner, develop suitable solutions, able to support the MWT with vendor/OEM engagement and the Project ABU stakeholder engagements (projects and engineering).
  • Actively support the MWT (HO) Project delivery Coordinator and engaged in driving delivery of ad-hoc engineering scopes and MOC Blacklining/Redlining scopes.
  • Responsible for the technical integrity/assurance of Design deliverables, 3D Model(s) and Model metadata, CAD build and ensure the Project SID, HFE requirements are addressed and met within 3D Model and Design deliverables.
  • Assist MWT team in understanding project scope and CTR preparation (standard Tasks, specific deliverables, Norm suitability),in MWT Database scope tracking and reporting and also assist/input to ADO Kanban tool.
  • Facilitate resolution of discipline specific scope and technical queries (TQ) and attend and disseminate findings from Lessons Learnt Workshops.
  • Responsible for weekly project time tracking (i.e. expended hours across CTR Tasks and Deliverables). (This does not involve GBS timesheet approval).
  • Deliverable uploading of MOC Blacklining/Redlining scopes to D2 and organising support of resources (as required) from E&C Sustaining Capital team to for technical reviews or general support (engineers and designers).
  • Ability to lead and drive a small team to successfully deliver quality deliverables, whilst ensuring technical integrity, to planned schedule and within allocated budget.

What you’ll bring
  •  Experienced senior designer, recently performed a project Lead Design role with proven workshare office experiences and fully conversant with the Project ABU policies, practices and project scope execution.
  • The candidate is expected to become fully conversant with the internal policies, processes, practices and system tools.
  • A recognised design qualification (Advanced Diploma) in the relevant discipline (Electrical).
  • Essential: Experienced, competent user of AVEVA 3D modelling packages (PDMS, E3D), AutoCAD, Microstation (2D & 3D) and lighting design software (DIALux, AGi32).
  • Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, PDF Exchange.
  • Selection of electrical equipment (lighting & small power, control & wiring devices, enclosures).
  • Proven experience in designing electrical deliverables such as:
    • Single line diagrams – HV and LV.
    • Three-line Diagrams.
    • Schematics for panels such as incomers, feeders, VSDs and motor starters.
    • Cable schedules.
    • Material take offs / BoM.
    • Electrical equipment layouts and Switchroom layouts.
    • Earthing layouts, Earthing diagrams and  Key interlocking diagrams.
    • Primary and secondary schematics.
    • Termination diagrams.
    • Panel general arrangements.
    • Lighting and Small Power layouts.
    • Hazard area layouts.

Our client, a major company in the energy sector, is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to work within their facilities located in Martinez, CA for an initial 2-year contract.

The Project Controls Scheduler will support the Engineering Department in project development and execution. This includes execution of standard budgeting, forecasting, cost control, earned value and change management practices throughout the life of a project. This role has a strong focus on the engineering phase work which includes engineering level estimates (usually factored estimates with a basis of estimate) and engineering deliverables, schedules and long lead procurement management and engineering accruals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop communications and reporting networks for data gathering, review, analysis and presentation of recommendations to ensure projects remains on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate schedule status & recommendations to the project teams to maintain the projects within approved budgets and cash flow constraints.
  • Work with project teams to develop and maintain project work breakdown structures according to MPC & Project Controls standards.
  • Review and maintain project performance measurement systems (Primavera P6) and reports for contractor progress.
  • Ensure both MPC and contractors adhere to project control procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Support Project Controls Supervisor with monthly portfolio and project status reporting.
  • Interface with various departments to gather information, communicate issues, and resolve problems.
  • Prepares and keeps current master program and project plans as well as sub project plans for monitoring and tracking.
  • Provides information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedule.
  • Identifies and records the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled. Evaluate actual engineering progress and provide regular schedule updates.
  • Interfaces with Operations, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.
  • Contributes to the development of working schedules for Estimating, prior to execution date, which sufficiently illustrates the sequence of work activities and project timeframe.
  • Prepares and issues preliminary phased schedules.
  • Incorporates resource loading data into schedules as required.
  • Consults the appropriate project team members and MPC’s estimating procedures as a means of ensuring that proper planning is completed prior to the commencement of work.
  • Assists Project Managers in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems.
  • Develop & maintain regular manpower estimates/histograms for current, upcoming, and future work for short term and long-term forecasting manpower needs.
  • Perform EVM analysis on projects in engineering phase.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field preferred.
  • Computer Proficiencies: Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Advanced Excel Experience) and experience with SAP. Planning and Scheduling software Primavera P6 is required.
  • Experience Preferred: Minimum of four years of experience in executing, contracting, planning and scheduling projects work required.

Our client, a major Oil & Gas Company is seeking a Automation Technician to work in Kermit, Texas within their facilities for a 6-month assignment (possibility of extension).  
If you are selected as the Automation Technician, you will be providing the automation department with critical day-to-day troubleshooting and support for SCADA field hardware, communications, and related software. You will work closely with vendors, contractors, and operations field staff on the direct support of all aspects of field SCADA equipment.

Accountabilities:

  • Align with all applicable DOT and OSHA regulations, NEC/NFPA requirements, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Lead with a focus on safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance and actively participate in Safety Action Plans.
  • Follow company energy isolation procedures (LOTO).
  • Perform installation, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
  • Apply expertise for installation, calibration, maintenance, and repairs of instrument, communication, and electrical equipment.
  • Execute planned maintenance checks and calibration and timely submits appropriate reports.
  • PLC installation, troubleshooting, and programming.
  • Build and respond to SAP notifications and process work orders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant automation work experience.
  • Exhibit understanding of communications equipment and troubleshooting from device to host.
  • Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform/comply with following:
  • Climb various ladders and stairs up to 50 feet in height to perform maintenance on equipment.
  • Raise and transport articles weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the automation field.
  • 1+ years of experience with communication equipment (Cell Modems, Radios, Network Switches, etc...).
  • Basic level of knowledge with electrical systems.
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings (i.e., P&ID's, C&E's).
