Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a Planner/Scheduler to work on a 12-month assignment (subject to extension) in Greeley, CO
 
The planning engineer will prepare and maintain schedules, develop and review project baselines, and monitor and track progress. Supports the project(s) in all other aspects of scheduling analysis and special studies.
 
Minimum Qualifications

• Prepare summary and detail-level schedules.
• Develop full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules for projects.
• Perform monthly progress updates and create target comparisons and periodic look-ahead schedules. Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary levels.
• Always ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
• Develop and periodically update cost and/or resource-loaded schedules.

• Develops detailed job schedules and plans for oil and gas projects. Develop execution work planning package and track progress. Must be familiar with cost engineering practices, particularly in cost and scheduling.

Airswift has been tasked by a major O&G client to seek a Mechanical Completions & Commissioning Specialist (Telecoms) to work in Ingleside, TX on a 6-month assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in walkdowns of Telecoms systems and subsystems to verify installation according to drawings/specifications, raising punches for non-compliant work
• Sign-off of “A” check-sheets for Telecoms systems and subsystems
• Support commissioning and start-up planning and execution activities for Telecoms systems and packages
• Capture, track, and close all punch list items by coordinating with various teams to meet project deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Manages equipment inspection programs designed to ensure compliance and reliability of plant equipment

Our client, a major EPCM company in the Mining Industry, is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on an initial 12-month contract in Perth, WA.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to play a pivotal role in the assessment of a 33KV line project. The primary focus will be on ensuring power supply to all devices, including pumping stations and dewatering units, with a particular emphasis on low voltage (LV) systems. This role encompasses the entire design process, from the initial basic design phase to the intricate details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an evaluation of the 33KV line, ensuring power supply to essential devices such as pumping stations and dewatering units, with a specific focus on LV systems (no HV reticulation).
• Undertake both basic and detailed design phases for the project.

Project Insights:

• Major sustaining project for an existing mine. Will be developing 2 x additional ore bodies.
• (Our initial team - up to 35 ppl).
• This will ensure they can maintain current production targets in future (maintain Saleable Ore Product - SOP).
• Client will utilise existing plant, stockyards and TLO.
• For design - new NPI infrastructure - haul road networks (civil earthworks), gas pipeline crossing, LV access roads, surface water management (waterway crossing), connection/extension to existing raw water distribution, satellite NPI facilities, communications infrastructure.
• New roads (heavy & light vechicles) - some crossing over gas pipelines, extending water pipelines, extension of existing water lines, extending powerlines, new comms towers, hydrology / drainage / dewatering assessments etc.
• First 6 months will be basic design. Then transition to detailed design. A good 18 months minimum of work ahead.
• Main flavour of design endeavours will be bulk earthworks, water transport & management, low voltage powerlines and some comms.

Based at their new Hazelmere R&D facility and you will be reporting to the Commissioning Manager Heavy Industry company WAE, we are presently looking for Electrical, Instrumentation and Conrtols Commissioning Lead.

The role will be to support the Commissioning Manager and the project teams through the different phases of build completion and commissioning as per commissioning management plan.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Adhere to and effectively communicate project/protype safety procedures and policies
• Proactively intervene where safety deficiencies are identified and report them to the respective leadership team
• Promote safety within commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures are implemented and followed
