Key Responsibilities and background:
Primary responsibility for the technical delivery of projects across pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Design and Construction.

This is a dynamic role that will require strong communication and leadership skills as well as problem-solving skills to lead SME’s and multi-discipline teams and to drive efficient and effective project delivery.

Directly involved in delivering engineering management on innovative energy transition projects from FEED through construction.

Overseeing a multidiscipline engineering team and be supported by a strong group of project based and digital specialists.

Ability to effectively interface across all engineering activities including multiple offices, third party engineering services and clients.

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:
  • Fluent Danish speaker is essential.
  • Hold a Degree qualification and preferably chartered status.
  • Experience in project stages: Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC & EPCM

Role & Responsibilities
  • Acting as a 'hands on' manager by taking a lively interest in all activities of the work relating to the Project accounting, Cost estimating, Cost control, Project planning, Project document administration, and Systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a leader and line manager in a project organization.
  • Experience in industrial construction and/or maintenance field or required specializing in project controls with training in financial management techniques (or equivalent).
  • Experience on oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects & Turnarounds.
  • Working knowledge and skills in the use of software such as Primavera planning/scheduling, cost control program Ecosys and estimating programs such as Aspen and/or Cleopatra.
  • Demonstrated experience and working understanding of project CP planning and scheduling, cost control and cost estimating.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a group responsible for control of planning, scheduling, cost control and cost estimating activities.

Position Role and Responsibilities
  • Act as Company Process Engineer, overseeing the EPCIC contractor’s engineering  and responsible for defining the requirements of process design of equipment, piping systems, materials selection , interfaces with pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, packaged equipment etc., for the development and for all associated facilities and ensuring correct implementation during the design, fabrication, commissioning, hookup and startup phases of the offshore facilities including, but not limited to, subsea Xmas trees, MEG Reclamation & Regeneration Module and Chemical Injection Packages, etc.
  • Ensure that all legislative requirements relating to offshore facilities in Mynamar are complied with in respect to the above and are correctly implemented.
  • Ensure that equipment & packaged process equipment are specified, manufactured and delivered as per project requirements.
  • Interface with other engineering disciplines on their requirements and ensure the requirements are incorporated within design & integration of the equipment.
  • Establish and monitor technical procedures for inspection and maintenance of process equipment to ensure their effectiveness and safety in process during fabrication, installation and commissioning phases.
  • Monitoring the Engineering Contractor's process equipment design specifications/ integration activities and progress during the Design Phases.
  • Development and review of base process simulations created for the project and facilities for the different operating scenarios and design case conditions.
  • Development and review of static and dynamic flowline flow assurance simulations created for the project and facilities for the different operating scenarios and design case conditions.

Qualification Requirements:
Basic / Required:
