Qualifications
Basic/Required:

The Electrical Maintenance Planner is responsible for reviewing, estimating, purchasing, and keeping a record of all work requests, which includes requests for labor, tools, material and equipment. This position plays a fundamental role in planning work activities, ensuring safe work practices and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. In addition, the person in this position is expected to perform all duties in accordance with the COIMS framework. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage work requests received from and authorized by maintenance service users. 

  • Coordinate all details relating to completion of work request-Work Scope, Labor, Tools, Material and Equipment. (This includes management of work order reporting by the tracking and recording of all cost associated with specific work orders.) 

  • Plan, estimate costs and request the staff, material, and equipment necessary for approval of work requests. 

  • Ensure work plans follow safety practices, procedures, and company policy. 

  • Manage maintenance records essential for the Planning and Scheduling Department to provide effective operations.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate engagement with stakeholders and troubleshoot issues to optimize fluid movement operations. Stakeholders include facilities operations, production operations, and the carrier dispatchers.
• Monitor called/planned loads to ensure they are dispatched and hauled according to plan.
• Provide transportation daily, weekly and monthly reports on fluid movement performance and targets.
• Use decision support tools to derive daily load allocation plans and create daily "what-if scenarios" and daily resource requirements.
• Liaise with Coordinator, Transportation & Logistics to provide input to the analysis of the Transportation System components and processes (e.g. for continuous improvement and optimization).
• Execute planned or emergency responses to changes/ accidents/ incidents as they occur within the Transportation System operating environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the planning and fulfillment of the schedule for the execution of planned inspection activities on lifting system equipment, onshore and offshore.
Responsible for planning and controlling the onshore certification of Lifting Gear Containers, as well as their internal accessories (hoists, wire ropes, chains, hooks and accessories), meeting a schedule of operational demands to prevent the certification date from expiring, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assisting in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for lifting gear, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
Plan and monitor Lifting Gear preventive maintenance plans, ensuring that activities are mapped out, making sure to carry out the scope of work assigned to the activities, using the Work Order in the CMMS.

Evaluate and recommend the acquisition of new lifting equipment, considering operational, safety and cost requirements.
Create purchase requisitions in the CMMS and follow up on purchase orders, working together with the purchasing team to acquire spare parts and new lifting equipment, as well as contracting services when necessary.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive action plans to maintain and improve reliability.
Ensuring that all records and documentation, both electronically and manually, are kept to auditable standards and accessible to all those involved, guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Create, periodically update and maintain the inventory of material, equipment and tools.
Contribute to improvements and corrective actions on the performance of service providers.
Share lessons learned with the operations and maintenance team on good practice in the use, inspection and maintenance of lifting equipment.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide troubleshooting and parts sourcing support for vendors and contractors as required to eliminate schedule delays and roadblocks.
  • Project Scope Delivery: Accountable to ensure ongoing turnover walkdown support and execution alignment with the construction team for the successful delivery of project scope.
  • Be able to work on a 8/6 rotation

  • Strong experience in commissioning and start-up activities
  • Construction/Turnaround Experience
  • Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Adobe, MS Projects, SAP)
  • Familiarity with P&IDs, PFDs, logic narratives, Shutdown keys
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Engineer to work in their facilities located in France on a 10-month contract with the possibility of extension.  

The activity of this service will focus on:
Job focuses on the development of an inspection plan that manages or controls the risk of loss containment, by combining both the Probability of failure (PoF) and the Consequence of failure (CoF). In this way, inspection-related activities are prioritized and inspection techniques specifically prescribed.


Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of:
  • Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology and software (API certification will be considered as a plus),
  • NDT inspection methods for static pressurized equipment and piping (Certification in NDT techniques will be considered a plus),
  • Inspection schedule.

Our client, a major company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Training) to work within their facilities located in Toledo, OH for a 1-month contract.

About you
Will be responsible for providing administrative support and logistical tasks to Learning Advisors and SMEs for the Basic Operator Training (BOT) class in Toledo.

Responsibilities:
  • Print ~30 copies of each HSE PowerPoint presentation. Then hole punch them. Then assemble them in binders. There are 24 HSE presentations in the first two weeks.
  • Print ~30 copies of HSE tests (parts 1 and 2). Assist in administering tests.
  • Print ~30 copies of each BOT fundamental topic PowerPoint presentation. Along with any printed material needed for class (procedures, safety moments, etc.). Then hole punch them. Then assemble them in binders. There are 13 BOT fundamental topics that use printed material.
  • Print ~30 copies of each fundamental topic test review material
  • Print ~30 copies of each fundamental topic test. Assist in administering tests
  • Print materials needed for topics that were formerly part of Advanced BOT (but are now rolled into BOT-MOT). There are 26 training sessions in BOT-MOT that were in Advanced BOT last year.
  • Print and collect sign-in sheets.
  • Print and collect time sheets.
  • Pick up lunches (4 catered).
  • Create “paper” folders for each new hire. And file appropriate material.
  • Create information sheets for each trainee.
  • Track “back-office information” (test scores, etc.).
  • Prepare room daily for training. Check room at end of each day.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Administrative assistant or training administrator experience
