Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to seek for Technical Support (Intermediate level) to join them on a 3-month to join them in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business users to provide critical support to keep our teams up and running.
- Manage Windows Environment, (AD account maintenance, security groups and permissions. Microsoft Exchange 2007/10, printer queues).
- Check data back-ups and restore and report any issues with any overnight back-up failures.
- Using our ServiceNow ticketing management system, resolve ServiceDesk requests and incidents by diagnosing hardware and software problems and installing and configuring standard desktop packages, liaising with third-party maintenance engineers as needed.
- Support moves, changes, and account creations of Cisco IP desktop telephones, and other mobile computing devices such as tablets and smart phones.
- Engage with cross-functional IT teams and assist in the provision of hands-on support within server, security, network services and messaging teams.
- Your team may need to report for emergency duties, which may occur outside of normal office hours, and to undertake business trips to support other offices where necessary.
- You’ll also have an opportunity to undertake individual 'project' work - innovation and development initiatives are always encouraged.
