Service Support Scheduler

Airswift is seeknig a Service Support Scheduler to work on a 12-months assignment in Whiting, IN for a refinery.

This person will be working weekends, holidays and vacation coverages for Whiting Asphalt, Sulfur, and Propylene railcar scheduling but will also be supporting their Toledo's propylene railcar scheduling support as required (i.e unplanned outages, TARs, periods of high railcar volume (>30 railcars / mo) etc…).

Essential functions and key responsibilities

• Routine weekend coverage:
  1. Creating BOLs for Asphalt, Sulfur, Propylene
  2. Send BOLs to appropriate railroad contacts to release railcars
• Extended holiday / vacation coverage
  1. Pulling reports Asphalt Suitkote (weekly) from BDS, Sulfur movements report (weekly) from BDS, pulling Propylene movement reports (weekly) from SAP & LIMs for quality data
  2. Email forwarding of Interchange data
  3. Email Catalyst cars inbound/outbound instructions to WATCO  

Requirements

• Good verbal and communication skills
• Able to make decisions or involve appropriate parties when appropriate
• Familiarity with railcar scheduling / generating BOLs is preferred
• Basic computer skills, able to generate reports relevant data sources
