Airswift has been tasked by one of our renewable energy clients to seek for a Senior Project Manager to work within their facilities located in Manila, Philippines for a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for O&M activities across the sites assigned.
- Manage O&M Contractors.
- Maintain O&M Checklists.
- Maintain O&M documentation.
- Schedule and carryout O&M activities – in coordination with O&M Contractors and Client representatives.
- Ensure HSE standards are adhered to.
- Track Plant KPI – and create measures to mitigate any short fall.
- Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met.
- Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering (Preferably Electrical).
- More than 2 years of experience as a O&M engineer in a company dealing with Solar PV
- Experience in Commercial & Industrial solar projects.
- Hands on managerial experience covering all aftercare for completed solar projects
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Due to the current travel restrictions in place, applicants shall be locals (Filipino) or having working rights in the Philippines
