Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek an Supply Chain Improvement Manager to join them in Schiedam, Netherlands for a 12-month contract.
Main accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for implementing the Vendor Performance Assessment process in line with company requirements
- Collect, prepare, and provide data input for all relevant deliverables
- Compile and analyze data and information, to alert on trends and recurring themes
- Ensure data entry and administration with accuracy, high level of confidentiality
- Contribute to create, review and update procedures and work instructions
- Maintain the overview of and content of all data definitions, data standards and other relevant documentation for the relevant applications
Requirements:
- Has experience in offshore projects
- Analytical mindset to be able to analyze various inputs from the team and provide recommendations
- Good knowledge of vendor performance assessment metrics, vendor qualification screening
- Effective presentation skills to be able to influence various stakeholders to adopt and adhere to new ways of working
