Our client, an international Oil and Gas Operator are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to be based in their offices in Paris. The role is offered with an initial 6 month contract and negotiable daily rate or monthly salary
As Procurement and Logistics Coordinator you'll be responsible for Office Supply Purchasing Management
- Monitor and improve the performance of segments, in particular office supplies,
- Negotiation of purchasing contracts,
- Update the Purchasing Reporting table.
- Ensure that Company qualified vendors receive requests from tenders and proposals.
- Ensure that purchase requisitions and orders are accurate, approved and released in a timely manner and in accordance with project requirements.
- Ideally have a degree in related subject
- Previous Procurement experience gained within Office Supplies or another indirect category
