Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek a Project Services Technician III to join them in Sunbury, United Kingdom on a 6-month contract.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Development and approval of requisitions, purchase orders and accounts payable process
- Verifying and coding of invoices subsidiaries within the electronic accounts payable and SAP systems
- Assisting the resource and functional support teams (Engineering / Subsurface, Project Services, Finance) within the Project Team with the creation of requisitions for good and services and interfacing with Procurement Supply Chain Management on purchase orders / contracts / works releases
- Creating SAP purchase orders based on approved requisitions
- Updating requisitions and purchasing orders in conjunction with Change Controls
- Assisting with the preparation of audit requests for information or exceptions
- Maintaining process cycle time record updated
- Preparing and generating monthly reports
Requirements:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge in SAP
