A competitive Oil & Gas client is looking for a Project Coordinator to work in their Williston, ND office;
Responsibilities:
- Provide office coordination in support of geophysical vendor field operations
- Coordinates the disposition of RFIs, NCRs and Field Changes
- Assists managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Addresses and solves day to day project coordination challenges supporting the PM in the identification, logging, analysis and resolution/mitigation of issues and risks
- Assists in the preparation of Risk Management Sessions
- Assists in the preparation of Lessons Learned Sessions
- Assists in the preparation of Project Gate Review Packages
- Collect and analyze data
- Determine staffing needs and supplies
- Develop timetables for projects
- Collaborate with project managers
- Monitor progress on projects
- Combine multiple contractor schedules in to master project schedule
- Regularly update master schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management Processes; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
- Minimum 10 years project coordination experience and/or technical experience in large Design & Build
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
- Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
- Experience dealing with general contractors and design sub consultants
