Airswift has been tasked by one of our clients, and we would like to seek a Project Administrators (12 months contract) to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with Contractors, Management and the wider Project Team
- Calendar / diary management
- Scheduling of meetings (including agenda preparation)
- Meeting minutes / coordination of follow up of actions
- Organize travel arrangements for Project personnel
- Management of new starter coordination and mobilization
- SharePoint maintenance
- Document control and management
- General administrative assistance as required
QUALIFICATION:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Professional approach to work with a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, be proactive and be able to prioritise conflicting work loads
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must be able to bring a flexible mindset, challenge traditional thinking and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone
