Our client, a major O&G company, is seeking a Product Technology Analyst II to work within their facilities located in Spring, Texas.
Job overview:
Position provides technical administrative support for several applications used by Audit. Candidates should be comfortable with using web interfaces perform a variety of tasks related to the configuration of our audit management system, Teammate+ (TM+). They should have the ability to work in both independent and team settings. Additionally candidates should demonstrate a high level of proactivity and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities:
• SharePoint Administrative Tasks –
o Create and verify new SharePoint sub-sites.
o SharePoint Site Updates and troubleshooting (create/edit Lists, create SharePoint views)
o Access Administration
o Answer questions and understand when a request does/does not fit within our policy
o Understand SharePoint / Nixtex Workflows (possibly create)
• TeamMate+ Administration Tasks – (will train in TM+)
o Via the Web interface, make updates to fields related to the application (Add/Remove users, run reports, add/update fields)
o Analyze data to understand when something is not following policy (i.e. items are past due or not approved)
o Perform access reviews
o Send out email communications - Help create job-aid/training materials
• Other
o Create, use, update Excel workbooks
o Send emails and reminders to managers for updates – follow-up when data is missing
o Other duties as assigned commensurate with abilities, skills and knowledge
Next Level / Stretch Abilities -
o Create Power BI Dashboards from SharePoint Lists/TM+ Data/SQL Databases
o Create and provide training to global associates
o Combining Excel data using Power Query.

Hours: 30 – 40 hours a week
Location: Houston preference – primarily in EMHC (ability to work virtually as needed).
