Airswift is currently looking for a PCC&SU Superintendent Electricity  for one of our largest projects in Israel. Experience :    More than 10 years                        
Mandatory :   
• Practical-minded with excellent organization/ leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Must have previous experience on Onshore Oil & Gas Industry in a similar or relevant position and segment. 
• Must have a recognized Technical qualification for the Position.
• Have confirmed experiences and knowledge to carryout efficiently and safely commissioning and start-up activities.
• Must have a recognized Technical qualification in LV, MV and HV testing, commissioning and operation"                    

IT Tools (expected level):    Completion tools, Office package                    
Duties & Responsibilities:                        
• Organize preparation and execution of the scope of work (Home office and site) in respect of Project HSSE rules
• Know the risk associated with the scope and anticipate, mitigate them
• Ensure work is executed with respect of PC&C&SU schedule, Budget and contract.
• Supervise Engineers and Supervisors in their day to day activities in providing clear instruction and visibility
• Organize and support staffing. 
• Support the team in their execution and ensure the wellbeing of each individuals
• Take an active role in completion phase to stick to system completion skyline.
• Execute the scope of work in the designated area in respect of the planning and budget defined
• Liase with Company representative and ensure good cohesion and communication between teams
• Follow-up construction completion status and that all required inspections, verifications and audits performed during the fabrication and installation of the Electrical Systems are in accordance with the project technical and safety specifications and procedures. 
• Support construction (ex: Provide priorities of systems)"                        
                    
Tasks                        
•Ensure that all HSSE and Permit to Work Requirements are in place for the discipline requirements during the execution of the work.
• Organize daily activities of Precom & Commissioning team and assigns equipment or systems to be inspected and tested. 
• Perform Home office activities (PC&C Commissioning engineering) within Home office PC&C team, including, but not only, the procedures written and review, systems definitions, commenting and review of engineering deliverables, attend vendor KOm and follow up key purchase order,...
• Responsible to organize inspection/testing Electrical & Electronic Installation and equipment following all Rules and Regulations and International Standard / Codes
• Develop assigned deliverables in respects of projects standard and client requirement
• Develop and coordinate details lists of vendors, spares, tools, consumables temporary equipment and ensure the availability on site when require.
• Performed SLD and Drawing review with Electrical Discipline, and ensure PC&C&SU requirement have been considered.
• Support and provide input to subcontracting team in order to prepare and execute subcontracted activities and assistance required on site.
• During site execution coordinate on day to day basis with subcontractors the execution of the activities in accordance to the Inspection test plan & project procedures.   
• Coordinate with Handover and completion team the implementation and population of the handover and completion tools.
•  Ensure that all site records sheets and punch are properly and timely integrated in the completion system. Ensure robustness and accuracy of the completion system.
• Prepares / provide inputs to weekly and monthly progress reports of activities
• Execute the scope of work in the designated discipline and area in respect of the planning and budget defined
• Liase with Company representative and ensure good cohesion and communication between teams
• Liaise with procurement on site to ensure the material required for the execution is available. Anticipate the needs.
