1. PREAMBLE

The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions of performance of the services to be performed by the SERVICE PROVIDER within the framework of the BMC 33 project

2.2 Purpose of the service

The SERVICE PROVIDER without its role as Package Engineer will ensure the realization of thefollowing tasks:

• Follow-up of the supply of Long lead items ( LLIs) related to the scope of the project from the tender phase to the on-site delivery to the FPSO yard.
• These follow-up activities are:
  1. assistance throughout the equipment purchasing process in relation to the other actors of the project (engineering, supply chain, QCS coordination) from the drafting of the need to the delivery
  2. Assistance in arbitration in decisions to be made on the basis of costs, contract, schedule, and technical quality
  3. Assistance / Coordination  throughout the delivery process of equipment manufactured in-house in relation with the other actors of the project
  4. Assistance in the coordination of Technical Queries, NCR, DVR
  5. Assistance in the management of SITs  (Site Integration Test) if any
  6. Assistance with activities related to the documentation of the fornisseurs
  7. Assistance with reporting activities, internal and external

1. BASIC DOCUMENTATION

The basic documents will be made available by company to the SERVICE PROVIDER

1. REQUIRED SKILLS

The studies at the expense of the SERVICE PROVIDER requirethe following skills:

- Masteringthe technical specificities of SUBSEA

- We are looking for an autonomous and dynamic person with experience in package tracking and the associated rigor.

- Good writing and reporting skills

- Mastery of applicable codes (API, AISC, DNV) is a plus

1. PROCEDURES - METHODOLOGY

It will be essential to follow the rules of the project, the Rules of the Art as well as the Quality Assurance procedures applicable to this project.

1. QUALITY OF THE DOCUMENTATION PRODUCED

The documents produced by the SERVICE PROVIDER must have the required quality according to the tasks defined above, in particular:

• Technical quality.
• Quality of the content (in relation to the volume of information on a given document).
• Quality in the presentation (in relation to the graphics and the ease of reading of the document produced).
• All documents will be written in the language of the contract.

The company operational correspondent  of the specialty will be able to carry out all the necessary checks to verify the quality of the documents produced and to ensure compliance with the deadlines without this in any way diminishing the responsibility of the SERVICE PROVIDER.

1. PLANNING AND OBJECTIVES

The SERVICE PROVIDER must follow the objectives of the schedules established by the company. These documents are available from the operational correspondent of company's power.

1. administration of activities

The SERVICE PROVIDER must follow the instructions given by company modulating the activities to be carried out.  Each end of the month, the SERVICE PROVIDER will enter the activities carried out in the GEOS system.
