Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients, in the Renewable Energy Industry, to seek an Overseas Business HRBP to be based in Tokyo, Japan for a permanent position.
Job Brief :
- Widely carry out HR work as HRBP for overseas business divisions and foreign employee
- Recruitment activities: Recruit activities for employees whose native language is not Japanese (both domestic and overseas )
- Various measures for accepting overseas human resources: Formulation / review of work rules, formulation / review of evaluation / compensation system, implementation of measures for permeating organizational culture, etc.
- Measures for retaining employees who do not speak Japanese as their native language: While analyzing issues, overseas business As a HRBP, plan, propose, and execute various measures in cooperation with business divisions and HR staff.
Background Profile :
- Experience in hiring, evaluating, and designing compensation for employees who do not speak Japanese as their mother tongue .
- Experience working with multinational members with diverse backgrounds (both inside and outside the company)
- Proactiveness to actively perform new issues and assignments instead of waiting attitude
- Administrative and multi-tasking ability to complete a wide range of tasks
- Must speak fluent Japanese and business English
