Job Purpose:
• Supports the SHES Lead in the site implementation and verification of the Project Onshore EPC SHES Plans & Procedures, across all EPC packages.
• Supports project Onshore EPC activities with oversight to the EPC CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTOR(s) on site activities during project execution to ensure compliance with Project Onshore & RLC SHES requirements.
• Helps ensure that the Project Onshore SHES requirements are planned, implemented, verified and that where necessary, improvement opportunities are discussed and executed.

• Supports the Project Onshore EPC project in all SHES related disciplines and scope of work. Shall be flexible and team-orientated. Supports the SHES Lead as part of the PMT SHES representative for site activities.
• Provides oversight in field for newly onboarded EPC CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR(s) and Vendors, to verify understanding and compliance to project SHES requirements. Monitor site SHES programs and safe work practices, and review and evaluate data/ information/ systems as required.
• Verification of SHES site resource allocation, competencies and performance in assigned area of responsibility. Monitor newly mobilized SHES personnel. Provide mentoring and promote development of SHES personnel.
• Champion on-site SHES awareness and safe performance with CONTRACTOR and among PMT. Daily attendance of Tool-Box Talks (TBT) and Task Instructions (TI), providing coaching and leadership to CONTRACTOR and its SUBCONTRACTOR(s) to ensure this fundamental communication tools are used to its optimum levels.
• Supports the SHES Lead in providing oversight and guidance for site SHES and Regulatory compliance and performance during project fieldwork including compliance to RLC regulatory requirements. Review the CONTRACTOR SHES Plan & Procedure implementation at site.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• 5-8 years’ relevant industry HSE experience.
• International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work).
• Security and/or Emergency Response related diploma; or 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• FEMA Professional Development training suite or equivalent.
• TapRoot® Advanced Root Cause Analysis training or equivalent.
Key Accountabilities
(Duties include but not limited to)
• Supports the project Onshore EPC-1 package (On Plot) in all SHES related disciplines and scope of work but with specific focus on Security performance management and and monitoring, contractual perfromance compliance, and continual improvement of the security management system and its associated plans and procedures.
• Supports the PMT Security & Emergency Response Head (Shared Resources) as the key focal point for the EPC-1 package (on Plots) project Security performance management.
• Provides oversight of EPC-1 (on Plot) CONTRACTORS and Subcontractors Security performance and drives performance excellence in all security related aspects.
• Support Security audits relevant to the project SHES management system, and participates in PMT and EPC-1 CONTRACTOR (on Plot) Security assurance activities as required.
• Support the implementation of the project Onshore Security Management System, its Plans, Procedures and Programs, performs evaluations on the effectiveness of relevant activites.

External
• Interface with EPC-1 CONTRACTOR (On Plot) Management in Security matters on the premise that both COMPANY and CONTRACTOR organization are interacting.

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
• Supports the EPC-1 SHES and Project Management (On Plot) in terms of Security performance expectations for a large, “one of a kind” LNG Plant including associated facilities and infrastructures comprising of 4 x 7.8MTPA process trains with large and complex utilities and off-sites.

Job Summary
The Automation Technician will assist in the design, will install and troubleshoot automation equipment and oversee instrumentation and control systems that sense, measure, and run operational processes within the Oooguruk Production/Utility Module. The SCADA/Automation Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Bakken Asset SCADA system and Automated Facility Controls. This will be a field-based position and will require daily travel to field locations. The SCADA/Automation Technician works closely with production operations, I&E technicians, Engineering teams, and SCADA Administrators. The position reports to the Bakken Construction and Engineering organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- The SCADA/Automation Technician will be responsible for understanding and implementing the complete automation scope of work on all facilities
- Assist in leading a team during the commissioning of production facilities
- Set clear HES performance expectations. Ensure all HES policies and procedures are understood and followed in the field
- Conduct and document functional checkouts (FCO) on new and existing facilities and equipment, including MOC compliance.
- Ability to safely make live field adjustments to ROC800/associated controllers based on current scope and updated C&E/Control narratives

Job requirements

The Production Tech - IFA is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Injection Wells, Supply Lines, and associated Injection Equipment. They will troubleshoot problems, diagnose equipment failures, and make repairs as needed. They will also work with other crafts to ensure that production and injection are meeting quality and quantity goals. This is a technically demanding job that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. An associate degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, and some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
The IFAs work a five-man rotation. Most weeks they work Monday through Friday and take off Saturday and Sunday. Every fifth week (to accommodate working the weekend) they will take off Monday and Tuesday, then work Wednesday through Sunday.
