Our client seeks a Leadership Coach / Trainer Assessor for a site based role on a 2/1 roster. 12 month initial contract
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Proven experience developing and delivering training materials
- Developing course outline, facilitator guides, participant guides, and PowerPoint presentation
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new content
- Mining / Leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs
- Plan, review and improve training and assessment
- participate in assessment validation, modernization and continuous improvement
- Ability to engage proactively with the wider HS Function
Minimum requirements:
- Cert IV Training and Assessing (TAE40116, or TAE40110 with the additional units as per ASQA’s Standards for RTO’s) or equivalent or higher
- High levels of computer literacy with Microsoft products
- Excellent organisation, time management, and communications skills
- Sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to participants of different cultural background
- A high level of attention to quality and detail
- Commitment, flexibility, initiative and the ability to works part of a growing team
- Continuing professional development
