The role is a key position, having a significant impact on the success of the NFS Onshore SHES and craft training and competency program by driving the program elements at Management, Supervisor and craft level. This position is involved in the management of the craft training related tools and techniques (theory and practical) throughout the project duration and collaborates with relevant PMT and CONTRACTOR personnel. This role has key responsibilities for measure the SHES and craft training and competency across all project packages in order to identify possible Craft competency deficiencies early and recommend improvement actions. The position oversees craft training and craft competency activities of assigned CONTRACTOR teams and supports CONTRACTOR Craft Supervisors in developing solutions to ineffective SHES and craft training and craft competency. |
