Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a IT Support Engineer to work in their facilities located in Singapore, under a 1- 2 years contract.
Due to travel situation currently, the role is preferable Singaporean & Singapore PR.
To provide Tier I support to Singapore & site offices by troubleshooting and correcting issues in a timely manner and prompt escalation to Superiors on Tier II issues.
1 to 2 years of experience in administering IT Systems for a midsize or large company preferably in Oil and Gas Industry
Certification(s) such as Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Professional ( if have)
Provides support in installation, test and maintenance of Hardware, Software, Network devices, workstations, peripherals and e-mails.
Solves general network problems related to PC hardware and cabling as well as software problems
Diagnoses and repairs the user workstations
Provides Tier I incident management and support and services using IT helpdesk tool
Supports IT Projects for FPSO Projects and Site offices
Monitors Hardware Inventory Levels. Reports when HW inventory falls below reorder level.
Monitors and measures Incident KPIs and takes follow up actions to rectify gaps and improve IT services.
Installs, tests and maintains software upgrades and new software packages
Provides IT training to end users
