We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer that will be responsible to provide technical and commercial support to our clients.
Taking responsibility for telephone calls from customers.
Responsibility for technical and commercial customer specific troubleshooting.
To prepare quotations against customer enquiries from cost prices.
This will involve liaison with parent manufacturing company and sub-supplier costs.
To provide back up to our external sales force.
To observe and qualify customer purchase orders
Resolve technical matters.
Communication with the headquarters in Germany
Deputise in case of holiday or illness in the internal office.
To be literate in working with computers and computer based data. ( ERP & CRM systems)
Experience/ Education / Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office and other general IT skills will be a requirement
Engineering skills: you will need to advise customers of the options available to solve their problems, and the merits of each of the options
Training: A comprehensive training programme which includes products, applications, computers systems and sales will be provided.
