Our client, a major company within the Oil and Gas Industry, is looking for an HSSE Administrative Coordinator to work on an initial 6-months assignment, in Galena Park, TX.
- Supporting the Plant Manager and Leadership Team, as well as managing HSSE compliance, and Quality processes and improvement activities.
- Assist with expense management, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Provide badge access and smart card onboarding support, and assisting external visitors.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and logistics for meetings and events
- Assist with Safety Day and other events
- Preserve quality records
- Manager incident management data
- Maintain HSSE file plan and documents
- Maintain the required HSSE training records
- Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of related administrative experience
- ISO Knowledge is preferred.
- SharePoint Experience is preferred
