Job description
Functions: all blocks of HR (recruitment, compensations and benefits, development and training, motivation and benefits, social programs, personel office work).
Definition and implementation of the personnel strategy of the Enterprise in order to implement and continuously improve the following areas of activity:
1. Planning the number of personnel in accordance with the needs of departments, production plans and the development strategy of the Enterprise;
2. Budgeting and control of personnel costs within the assigned responsibility.
3. Search and selection of personnel, control of timely closing of key positions;
4. Management of personnel reserve, career and appointments of personnel;
5. Determination of the need for training and development of personnel, organization in the process of organizing training in accordance with the approaches and policies adopted by the company;
6. Management of remuneration and motivation of personnel, preparation and implementation of initiatives to adjust corporate policies in terms of motivation;
7. Implementation of organizational changes and organization of work;
8. Social partnership in the field of labor relations, relations with trade unions;
9. Management of social programs - social package, collective agreements, agreements, medical care, prevention, personnel health protection, a portfolio of orders and relationships with social facilities;
10. Internal corporate communications.
They looking for Head of HR with:
- Experience in manufacturing enterprises (preferably anamnesis - metallurgy / mining / chemistry / petrochemistry / oil and gas) with a total staff of 1500+ people.
- Confident knowledge in the field of organization of all internal HR processes.
- The desire to make changes, the ability to see areas for improvement.
Location: Northwestern Federal District (paid relocation is assumed).
Subordinate team: 30+ people.
