Immigration: - Support for mobility process regarding immigration laws for expatriates arriving in Brazil including work authorizations, documents and follow up on documents and visa validities, along with the immigration service provider. - Support for mobility process regarding immigration laws for Brazilians leaving the country and visa issuance at Foreigners consulate or Embassies, with the immigration service provider support. - Assist on administrative processes for expatriates, such as medical exams follow-up, allowances and per diem payments, bank account, timesheet, among others. - Control visa expiration date and organize the visa renewal process with the Brazilian authorities, make sure that all expatriates are in compliance with the local requirements.
Personal Moving: - Coordinate the moving of personal belongings for expatriates and impatriates with the service provider when begin and end of assignment, in accordance with the affiliate internal rules. - Control the mandatory documentation aligned with the service provider company.
Tax advisory: - Support on tax related matters for expatriates and impatriates along with the tax service provider. It includes handling the payment of monthly tax voucher – Carnê-leão for professional matters – and assist the service provider during the Annual Tax Declaration campaign.
Expatriates Payroll: - Calculate the expatriate allowances and local salary information to be provided to the HR Ops Analyst for payroll input. - Calculate the vacation travel allowance for expatriates according payroll inputs.
General: - Assist the expatriate during subscription for children’s school. - Assist on the personal car loan process. - Participate on the expatriate’s arrival and departure induction in order to explain the processes and assist on any doubts or matters. - Participate and assist on events for the expatriates’ community, especially spouses and family. - Follow the guidelines of our local Application Instructions and group’s policy RAPMI for mobility.
