Accountabilities:

  • Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Company policies and procedures.
  • Be a safety leader in the company safety program.
  • Participate in pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR).
  • Participate in incident investigations and HSE audits as assigned.
  • Operate a company-provided vehicle in a safe manner while adhering to the company driving guidelines.
  • Inspect gas and oil wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and attached piping components for leaks or unusual conditions and take corrective actions if needed.
  • Access remote locations to check wells, maintain normal operating levels, pressures, and flow on separation equipment, and adjust automatic and manual controls.
  • Gauge tanks for sale or transfer of condensate, crude oil, and water while maintaining appropriate and accurate records.
  • Ensure wells are prioritized and operated to maintain contractual obligations.
  • Operate rental compressors, flowing gas wells, gas lift wells, rod pump units, submersible wells, surface pumping equipment, and test wells.
  • Gather relevant data on the above-mentioned equipment to and compare daily changes to both equipment and productivity.
  • Adjust pumping unit run time, time clock, injection adjustment, stroke lengths, shoot fluid levels, run dynamometers, and perform basic trouble shooting.
  • Utilize electronic remote well supervision, SCADA, etc., to optimize production and reduce safety and environmental impact.
  • Maintain chemical injection rates, start up and shut in wells.
  • Accurately enter daily volumes, well tests, down time, and injection information into a computer database in a timely manner.
  • Monitor daily production inputs into electric data gathering software and compare input data with output data for accuracy.
  • Proactively monitor and optimize production costs within area of control.
  • Perform minor hands-on production equipment repairs - generate work notifications/material request for all other work that is needed for equipment reliability.
  • Operate and optimize Artificial Lift Systems such as: wellhead compression, capillary strings, plunger lift, foamed injection, gas lifts and flow case equipment.
  • Execute required regulatory tasks generated by SAP, such as A&OI inspections, site security, and end of the month closings.
  • Take full ownership for daily operations and maintenance of assigned wells.
  • Have ability to be on call and respond to call-out alarms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order on lease routes and at facilities.
  • Perform detailed and effective shift handovers - communicate shift notes where applicable.
  • Contribute to achieving Safety, Production, and Financial goals set by both corporate and the individual Business Units.

Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness and ability to perform/comply with the following:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists in validating, capturing, and tracking all transmittals, deliverables and other project records, information and data and supports in accepting them to the project EDMS.

  • With guidance, provides end users support and assistance with researching or retrieving documents, basic use of project repositories and troubleshoots systems disruptions.

About our Project  : AGUP Phase 2 is the major full field development. It involves drilling around 221 wells, feeding a new built CPF, at TotalEnergies standards, with a capacity of 210 kbopd. Oil will flow respectively at 60 to 80 kbopd from Yamama (~100 MMscfd) and 150 to 130 kbopd from LP reservoirs (~30 MMscfd).
AGUP ph2 project will be developed with the objective to maximize economical results, with a particular focus on the CAPEX, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. The project development includes several interfaces with other projects (AGUP ph1, GMP and CSSP) which shall be managed in an optimized and agile manner.
The country context is complex due to several factors and risks to be mitigated all along the project. Particular attention will be paid to the safety culture enhancement and to the local content that will be a key factor for the project success.
The Early Works Package must be delivered early enough to allow the project meeting its schedule commitments. In addition, the targeted EPC contractor(s) for executing the work shall be local.

MISSIONS/ SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The job holder is responsible and accountable for all the construction activities related to the Early Works of the AGUP ph2 project, in conformity with the project technical referential, H3SE rules, and within the agreed budget, schedule and Statement of Requirements.

The Iraq AGUP phase 2 Project (Associated Gas Upstream Project) is a key project for TotalEnergies as it is a major petroleum investment and also part of an overall portfolio of four GGIP (Growth Gas Integrated Project) projects in Iraq.
AGUP phase 2 project is an onshore greenfield project, comprising the following main elements:
  • new Wellpads (15) and the upstream gathering network including multiphase and water injection trunklines and power distribution network;
  • upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF) located in Ratawi field area and adjacent to GMP CPF (Gas Midstream Project, also part of GGIP);
  • integration of existing AGUP phase 1 upstream facilities (wellpads) into AGUP phase 2 production network;
  • Main export system consisting of a single-phase oil pipeline;
  • Ratawi oil field comprises 4 reservoirs, including low pressure sweet crudes and high pressure sour crude, approx. 300 wells overall (200 producers and 100 water injectors).
Production Data: 210 kbopd of crude oil (+160MMscfd of raw gas and 7.8 kbpd of raw condensate) + 550kbwpd water injection

The early works scope includes the following main elements:
  • Site clearing (300 hectars) of new logistic base, roads network, central processing facilities, construction camp areas and Well pads (7 pads, 70 hectars) areas of phase 2A scope,
  • Site preparation for new logistic base, roads network, wellpads and central processing platforms, and construction camp platforms to the acceptable level for main construction works and drilling campaign start
  • Infrastructure development
    • new logistic base incl. buildings, facilities;
    • roads constructions (50 Km network in early works) on CPF and wellpads, access roads, and trucklines ROW ways;
    • wellpads pre-installed concrete works (cellars, culverts) for drilling execution;
    • early/pioneer camp for construction;
advanced Security precautions – Global Restricted Area (concrete T-walls, security paths, airlocks).

ACTIVITIES:
The job holder is responsible:
  • To define, propose and manage the organization of a construction team dedicated to the Early Works activities, and to ensure an appropriate plan for mobilization;
  • To ensure that the Early Works meet all Project requirements, and comply with all applicable rules, codes and standards, specifically with regards to H3SE requirements.
  • To contribute to update regularly, at least quarterly, the Risk register of the package and implement the corresponding mitigation actions.

The main duties are to organize, coordinate, perform and control all the EW&I Cost Control activities of the Package, and to provide and present all information and documentation related to the Package Budget, expenditures, and forecasted costs in order to help update the annual closing forecast and multi-year estimations concerning all activities supported by the Package budget.
The Service holder will liaise actively with the Budget & Cost Control Lead as well as the Project Control Manager and the EW&I Package Manager for budgeting activities and updates.

Scope:

  • Organize, coordinate, and control all activities concerning the Cost Control for the EW&I Package.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and consolidate the various versions of the Package budgets and updates (annual and multiyear) with inputs from the members of the Package Team. To provide “ad hoc” support on financial matters as required.
  • Provide the necessary checks and approvals for the invoices submitted concerning EW&I activities, in accordance with Contracts, Project & Company procedures, Sarbanes & Oxley requirements and DoA.
  • Provide input to the Project Cost Control team for the preparation of accruals and best estimations for the monthly closing activities.
  • Prepare for issuance of the necessary Project, Subsidiary and Partners / Shareholders / Concessionaire / Company / PJC cost data and reporting concerning the EW&I Package.

Planning & Scheduling activities:

  • Reviewing and commenting contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling, and progress control methodology, and to monitor contractors’ execution schedule, to check and approve contractors’ progress measurement and progress reports.
  • Supervising, controlling, and coordinating the activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning and progress measurement; this includes active participation to the development of the project integrated project schedule supervision of scheduling and progress measurement activities during the Execution phase.
  • Developing and maintaining schedules at Project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions.
  • Ensuring availability (always) of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation.

The Service holder shall also observe and impose strict confidentiality during the tendering phase and as a general manner all along the course of the Project.

  • Creates and updates catalogue for all components.

About the Role:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote a positive approach to HSSE in all aspects of Marine Operations activities by demonstration of personal commitment to HSSE through the application of safety critical behaviours. 
  • Responsible for preparing the Cargo and Ballast plan considering LNG, LPG and Condensate Run down, Cargo transfer and other activities including the testing and operation of Loading Computer. 
  • Support the safe execution of all Ship to Ship Terminal interface operations in accordance with company and industry guidance (e.g. ISGOTT / SIGTTO) as appropriate. 
  • Support S&L operator in field control activities where requested. 
  • Provide proactive Marine operational awareness of activities.
  • Monitor the weather parameters ensuring operations are within operational parameters for wind, sea, wave-height, and lightning. 
  • Ensure operational processes under own control are executed in a timely manner. 
  • Attend daily all applicable daily meetings such as Services Team Meeting, Morning Pre-start operations meeting, chair the Marine Field Management call engaging as appropriate on all marine related issues. 
  • Support in the management of unplanned / unforeseen marine events. 
  • Support emergency response teams on marine related incidents or issues and provide input and training as appropriate to any maritime related emergency response exercise. 
  • Support as appropriate with terminal compliance and internal HSSE audits, industry and site self-assessments. 
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with all training requirements for the role.

  • Well versed in international codes and standards, class rules applicable for process safety (such as IEC, ISO, API, NFPA, BV, ABS etc.)
Job requirements:
  • Academic: Degree/Bachelor/Master in any Chemical or Process Safety/ Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering from recognized university. Other degree holders are welcome while having relevant safety experience.
  • Preferred: Functional Safety certification with relevant experience and able to facilitate internal workshop such as HAZID, HAZOP as and when needed.
  • You have at least 15 years of relevant experience.

You will utilize discipline knowledge and design experience as it relates to compressors, pumps, gas turbines, engines, and ancillary support systems. You are responsible for identifying innovative methods to carry out assigned tasks, ensuring all required mechanical equipment is functional and accounted for within a design, and are compliant with internal and external requirements. As a Rotating Equipment Engineer, you must be familiar with package engineering functions, vendor documents, and select FATs. You may be assigned as a Package Engineer with technical responsibility for the design, procurement and manufacture of the Package. The Rotating Equipment Engineer must prioritize activities and liaise with other Discipline Leads as needed to ensure deliverables.
Job Requirements
  • Good package engineering skills with design and operational knowledge of rotating equipment such as Gas Turbine (Power Generation & Mechanical Drive), gas compressor and WI pumps, etc. Experience of combined cycle plants is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of static and package equipment such as pressure vessels, Gas Dehydration System, Seawater Treatment System, Gas Treatment/Conditioning System, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in FPSO FEED & especially EPC projects.
  • Good knowledge of FPSO process design and systems.
  • Familiar with class rules (ABS, BV, DNV, etc.) and international codes & standards. Knowledge of Brazilian rules and regulations an added advantage
  • Mechanical handling knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Chartered or Professional Engineer with recognized professional organization / association.
  • Experienced as Lead Engineer / Team Leader / Supervisor
