We are an international Solar company that manufactures and sells a range of photovoltaic panels and solutions. Our specialised products are used in a variety of sectors such as industrial, military, medical, mining etc. We are always based on the latest technological developments and have a focus on our quality, efficiency, and competency within our field. The candidate will first have to define a strategy for the ramp-up phase
Establish budget and financial planning, set objectives and milestones.
Development of product sales, license agreements, partnerships, and OEM contracts worldwide
Objective of reaching sales of 4 Million CHF by the end of the 2021 fiscal year.
Preparation of the IPO file
Daily management of the IPO process, conclusion of the IPO with a horizon of 12 to 18 months.
Conducting the pre-IPO financing phase, adapting the capital structure, amending the articles of association and shareholders' agreement, bringing the accounts into compliance with IFRS
The candidate must have a solid international experience in the management of a company in the renewable energy sector
led or actively participated in the IPO of a company
Conducted and successfully concluded private fundraising operations.
The candidate must above all be motivated by the desire to join and own part of the company as if it were their own venture, by acquiring a significant share of its capital (ideally 2% to 4%) and accept a remuneration in shares during the ramp-up period.
