Estimated Contract duration: 12 months 

The AUT quality inspection for manufacturing of quad joint and jumpers, spools of the COMPANY project during the whole project execution

Services Main activities:
Be in charge of quality AUT inspection on site for manufacturing of Quad joint, jumpers, spools etc.. .

Demonstrate exemplary H3SE behavior and ensure safe working practices are followed.

Ensure compliance with COMPANY referential, local rules/laws, and project specifications.

Seek optimization and savings, check and report parameters, follow up NCRs and progress, assess Contractor surveillance, review QC records, ensure progress reporting, review deviations, liaise with other specialists, ensure contractual scope of work is done, participate to coordination meetings, anticipate problems, participate in Safety/Technical Audits.

Assist Company Representatives at fabrication sites, in particular:

Review of all site documentation related to the project, in particular Manufacturing and Quality plan and all other plans, procedure or reports related to project operations on site

Wherever relevant, witness of AUT operations, AUT operator qualification and equipment’s setup, including acceptance criteria;

Review of AUT techniques and NDE Operatives and acceptance criteria;

Assessment and evaluation of AUT environment and facilities, including arrangements for personnel protection and HSE;

Review and approval of any “Special Processes” ( as per requirements .)

Review and approval of NDT reports on site.

Daily and weekly report of activities on site with basic KPI indicators (daily productivity , repair rate, cut out rate )

To participate to the resolution of any discipline-related problem occurring during the Execution Phase, to review and give recommendation on technical deviation requests and to keep updated the documentation related to the disciplines.


Qualification:
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent

Professional Experience (years): 10 years in supervision of AUT activities for Oil & Gas projects.

Experience in similar services (years): more than 5 years of experience with relevant experience related NDE on clad materials girth welds.

The services shall have multi discipline skill (NDE, AUT, MUT , PAUT, LPI , MPI ) and familiar with COMPANY referential, DNVST-GL-F101 code

The services shall have a AUT Level II certification, knowledge in UT and Others NDT.

Responsibilities 
  • Initialization of orders in terms of inspection level and quality control requirements;
  • Review and approval of Supplier Inspection and Test Plans, review of manufacturing and testing documents;
  • The interface with inspection agencies and inspectors in charge of inspection monitoring;
  • Management of the Pre Inspection Meeting, which authorizes the start of manufacturing;
  • Monitoring and progress of the Supplier in terms of quality control;
  • Management and closure of non-conformities, interfacing with Engineering;
  • Management and closing of punch lists
  • Management of the release of equipment, enabling delivery;
  • Monitoring and updating Inspection reporting;
  • Approval of the final manufacturer file (including all material certificates, certificates and test reports);
  • Participation in Seller Feedback;

Skills / Qualifications 
  • With technical training (general engineer, etc.), you have experience in Project and inspection coordination applied to rotating equipment.
  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience desired;
  • Knowledge of welding materials, piping, pressure vessels, rotating machines and electricity/instrumentation;
  • Some follow-up inspection missions to Suppliers would be a plus;
  • Languages: mastery of English is essential in this mission (customer interface, supplier, yard).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Together with the Installation Manager, the services will be the focal point for all installation and pre-commissioning operation issues within the project team.
During the EPC phase, the services shall ensure that all operational deliverables and associated drawings are prepared in accordance with the installation engineering results and with due account of installation constraints and constructability aspects in order to comply with the installation schedule, and shall ensure that all deliverables related to Installation operations are issued by Contractor(s) in due time and fit for purpose.
The services shall ensure that all interfaces related to installation operations are dully dealt with and managed with other concerned packages (i.e. Drilling, FPSO).
During the installation phase, the services shall support the installation manager to
- Ensure a proper readiness of EPCI CTR marine spread
- Coordinate the marine spread approval
- Ensure that EPCI CTR has performed all necessary risk assessments, and that all findings are timely addressed before the operations
- Organize and supervise the work of all Company Representatives located onboard EPCI Contractor Marine spread on SITE
- Interface with other parties (Field Ops, Marine, others) for the coordination of the simultaneous operations
- Ensure that all the interfaces with COMPANY are properly defined and managed before and during the operations
- Anticipate and avoid clashes between EPCI marine spreads and vessels from other entities (drilling vessels, tankers, FPSO support, etc) involved on offshore activities.
- Review and validate when relevant the Management of Change Requests.
- Follow testing activities (FAT, EFAT, SIT, etc) performed by Contractor(s) as a preparation of the offshore operations
The services shall, in the performance of these responsibilities, contribute to maximise the NPV value of the project by finding means to increase quality and productivity and/or decrease investments.
The services is also responsible for the coordination of the “Marine Warranty Services” contract during the operation phase
.
The services reports to the Installation Manager and is responsible to support him/her for the reporting to the Project Manager.
The services supports the installation manager for the coordination and management of a team of several Site Company Representatives, and shall inform and motivate them adequately so that priorities are clear and directions for the performance of their duties are set to meet the objectives of the Project.
The services is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements and for ensuring that H3SE requirements are duly implemented within his area of responsibility.
