Airswift is looking for Delivery Agent - Brussels to work with a major client on a contract to permanent Basis

Where do you fit in?
The team has created a technology solution for on-demand mobility providers, such as car subscription providers, to optimise their end-to-end operations and logistics. Now, they are looking for a team with the skill set and enthusiasm to execute all last mile services and customer experience tasks.
What’s the role?
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for executing a variety of jobs ranging from vehicle movement (such as delivering, swapping and collecting vehicles) to the delivery of customer experience (such as vehicle test drives). You will need to ensure that vehicles are safe, clean, and fuelled before they are presented to a customer. Take advantage of our pioneering technologies: our mobile app, optimised schedule and route generator, and high-tech cars. These will make your job easier and give you more independence – but there’s always a dedicated team of colleagues to support you back at our branch.
Requirements:
Are you a friendly and reliable person with a passion for delivering great customer service; someone responsible who can operate according to standard operating procedures, drive safely and within the law, all with a can-do mentality.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience as a driver, in the mobility industry or in customer service
- Demonstrated commitment to Health and Safety
- A mentality striving for continuous improvement, such as making recommendations and giving feedback for future improvement and best practice
- Language skills: well spoken local language, basic English beneficial
- A full EU/EEA driving license for at least 3 years with no convictions or been revolked
- Smartphone (Android that runs Marshmallow and Above; IOS that runs iOS 12.2 or later)
