Position : Business Development Manager (Maintenance activities)
Location: La Plaine Saint-Denis with possibility to work from home 2-3 times per week.

- Internal management of the commercial activity of the department
- Organize your team in relation to the challenges and the workload
- Organize and optimize the different processes of the team
- Adapt longer-term commercial positioning according to market developments

- Monthly reporting on local and group-wide activity
- Preparation of the annual commercial budget and setting of objectives
- Management of the commercial and contractual relationship with customers with the support of your team:
- Manage the commercial relationship with the owners or operators of wind farms
- Animate the maintenance contracts of its portfolio of customers, annual commercial closing of the parks
- Make technical-commercial offers for maintenance services on turbines, change of major components (gearbox, blade, etc.), spare parts
- Respond to calls for tenders for maintenance contract renewals, technical support contracts, multi-brand technology maintenance contracts
- Drafting of contract amendments
- Handling disputes
- Sales Administration:
- Responsible for collection
Manage orders, coordinate invoicing
- Coordination of teams for the services sold:
- Coordinate and communicate with the departments responsible for coordinating interventions, operational teams
- Discuss with service or equipment suppliers for the provision of services or the construction of new service offers and services
- Various:
- Regulatory and technical watch on all subjects concerning the maintenance or operation of wind turbines
- Participation in various internal project meetings
- Participation in meetings of the French wind professional association (FEE) or the renewable energy union (SER)
- Participation in meetings with suppliers and service providers
- Participation in meetings with design offices and technical consultants
- The position is based at the company's headquarters in Saint Denis (Stade de France), near Paris in France and involves 4 to 5 days of travel per month in France and sometimes abroad - (Benelux & Germany).
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Contractual and commercial skills
- Team management on similar position 5 years
- Implementing and supporting change
- Knowledge of renewable energies and ideally wind power
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance
- Solid HSE fundamentals
- Minimum English / French (German is a plus)
EXPERIENCES:
- University technical training or engineering school Bac + 5
- Commercial training is a plus
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:
- Sense of contact and customer relationship
- Ability to work in a team
- Autonomy in the organization and prioritization of his work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- 2 é-3 days home office.
