Assistant HR & Admin Manager

Our client is seeking a Assistant HR & Admin Manager to work within their facilities located in Manila, Philippines for a permanent assignment.
Job Description and Responsibility:
- Manage day-to-day HR & Admin operations and handle all HR related administrative duties for the legal entities in APAC
- Provide HR support in activities in relation to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and internal transfer for the legal entities in APAC
- Assist HR & Admin Manager (APAC) in the development and implementation of HR & Admin policies and procedures for APAC.
- Provide professional advise to internal stakeholder in relation to all HR & Admin related queries.
- Handle and responsible for all the legal work and pass/permit applications for the new hires with 3rd party service provider in each of the legal entity in APAC
- Manage and handle full onboarding and orientation to a new employee in all legal entity in APAC
- Lead, coach and mentor a small HR & Admin Shared Services team in Philippines office.
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Solid experience in Philippines Employment Acts and Labor Laws
- Experience working in an International MNC and has international working exposure
- Minimum 6years of working experience in Human Resources Management and have been in a managerial or at least a supervisory position.
- Hands-on experience in handling payroll
