DESIGNATION: ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: MALAYSIA

Salary / Package: Monthly rate in MYR
Responsibilities:
- Secure and grow existing sales accounts to meet business goals
- Proactively identify good prospects, awareness of sales territory channel, identify market trench to create new business opportunities and maintain long term sustainable partnership.
- Strong in execution of sales planning to meet monthly and annual sales targets through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Organize trial, feasibility study, product evaluation, and qualification of products.
- Client relationship. Identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and manning extensive relationships with existing or new customer.
- Strong problem-solving skills to discuss findings and provide possible technical approaches to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics electronics, electrical or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, in semiconductor back end final test environment
- Familiar with test handlers, sockets, and pins products
- Possess good project management skill, strong interpersonal skills, leadership, independent, and problem-solving skill
- With own personal transport and willing to travel in South & Central Malaysia when needed
