Our client, a major Oil & Energy company, is hiring an AP Document Clerk to work on a 3 to 6 months contract located in Houston, TX.
The professional will organize invoices, create barcodes for the invoices using SAP, scan invoices into DMS and then file invoices. Boxing up invoices and sending to Iron mountain is also included.
This position requires great organization, data and document control experience and solid knowledge with AP documentation.
- Familiar with Accounts Payable activities
- Document control, data entry, and administrative experience

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
