Administrative Support - Belgium
Airswift are currently looking for a specialist in administrative support to help one of our prestigious clients based in Belgium.
•Processing and daily monitoring of purchase requests arriving by email or through our ticketing tool Omnitracker
•Compliance with internal rules for processing purchase requests in SAP, timely recording of:
•Deliveries and/or services to be able to proceed with the payment of supplier invoices
•Recording of services (Timesheets) of external resources in SAP
•Interface with our suppliers of equipment, software, services
•Frequent interactions (emails, telephones) with end-users, as well as the HR and Treasury departments
•Experience using SAP, Office and can speak French and Dutch (English would be a bonus)
•Monday - Friday shift pattern - with the position starting at the start of May.
•The initial contract will be 10 months with a high possibility of a further extension (dependant on performance)
•The daily rate is discussed upon application and is dependent on experience.
