Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek an Administrative Assistant to work in their facilities located in Thunder Bay, ON on a 5 years contract.
Day to day responsibilities:
- General duties such as budget assistance, manage team correspondence, managing team requests for travel, meeting room bookings, timesheet/expense entry, systems support, staff changes, and other secretarial duties.
- Utilizes many different systems from word processing, SAP, spreadsheets, and other software
Previous education & experience required:
- Advanced computer skills are required.
