Airswift is seeking for a professional Administrative Assistant to work with one of ur top clients in the Oil and Gas industry in a part-time job located in Houston, TX.
Description:
- Process invoices
- Answer and direct company calls
- Check and distribute mails to recipients
- Prepare to mail out documents/materials by USPS, FedEx etc. as requested
- Fax Support (receive and deliver to recipients, assist to send out to destinations etc.)
- Order necessary items for company and restock office supplies etc.
- Contact building management to arrange necessary tasks (Light bulbs change etc) and deliver communication and information provided by it to designated persons i.e. Admin Manager
- Update office seat map
- Office parking arrangement (validate parking tickets, track usages for invoices etc.)
- Manage company cell phones
- Manage office access and budges for employees
- Manage office access for vendors and guests
- Other tasks as instructed
Skills:
- 3+ years in an administrative support capacity
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience working with leaders and building relationships
- Ability to work in diverse cultural environment
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Organizational skills
- Fluent in Japanese language (speak, read, and write)
