Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for an expat 5194 Estimating Advisor for one of our largest projects in Atyrau, 6 / 2 weeks rotation. Job description:
- Develop, document, and communicate estimates to delivery teams.
- Actively record and add to the project estimating database (productivity rates, manhour metrics, factors, etc.)
- Foster relationships with the delivery teams to ensure open communication and fast turn-around times, including travel to work locations.
- Prepare reports, or actively assist with the development of reports as needed for the estimating team to communicate effectively and clearly
- Assist with the development and implementation of procedures and processes as needed
- Develop, document, and communicate estimates as needed to support decision making or in support of project estimate or budget
- Work with delivery teams to obtain information required to confirm that the value of work performed is aligned with the budget or if not, to quickly identify variations from the budget
- Embrace an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture and work in all areas to set a positive safety example.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team. Filling in as needed and providing information and assistance to other team members as needed or requested.
- Monitor, report, and actively participate in project cost savings/avoidance assessments and achievements.
- Provide analysis and input to the delivery teams to assist in the development and implementation of mitigation plans where necessary.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ Years of project estimating experience, preferably on Major Capital Projects.
- Construction Experience
- General project areas of knowledge (engineering, procurement, construction/fabrication, commissioning)
