Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a PTW Coordinator Field West (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description:
- Conducts audits of PTW JSA and Start Work Checks at the job site to verify they have been initialed by the Permit Approver and Start Work Verifier
- Verifies safeguards are in place, competency of authorized workers and ensures personnel assigned to PTW roles are trained and qualified
- Audits PTW register to verify the span of control does not exceed the capabilities of personnel assigned to WRP roles and responsibilities
- Familiar with the Custody Transfer Act (CTA) procedure, and the location of construction sites with an approved CTA Act
- Verifies work groups within the radius of a SIMOPS activity are in compliance with SI-150 requirements and workers are knowledgeable and familiar with SIMOPS communication plan
- Verifies all work groups have prepared emergency response procedures for evacuation of personnel and procedures have been communicated to all personnel on site
- Verifies the number of personnel (POB) is tracked at the job site and someone on location is responsible for POB count during an emergency event and evacuation
- Actively participates in V&V Engagements and completes 3 Safeguard Verifications per Quarter (Level 3)
- Participates in all work group safety meetings and supports team with developing presentations on safety topics
- Interacts directly with Business Partners of construction groups working at Brownfield construction sites
- Supports FO and FOD consultants with review and record keeping of PTW documents
- Interacts directly with Business Partners of construction groups working within the radius of a SIMOPS zone
- Supports SIMOPS Planner by verifying all active work sites within a SIMOPS zone have been identified
- Education: Higher Technical Degree preferably with a specialization in industrial safety
- Minimum 0-5 years experience in oil and gas industry
- Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
