Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Reliability Engineering QM I&E Advisor (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description:
- Report to RE Quality Manager. Interface with the Quality Management Team and the different departments within (such as DE, PE, WHS, SCM)
- Provide Quality technical support to different Groups on Daily basis
- Liaise with RE SMEs group to resolve any procedural and technical issues. Provide site based technical solutions to quality and I & E problems
- Assist as a subject matter expert during in quality audits
- Must be experienced and respected as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in respective field of influence
- Participate as SME in the development of Quality documents and Procedures
- Proactively identify and assist in applying Best Practices and Lessons Learned and gaining implementation of actions necessary to improve performance
- Provide regular reviews of quality system, and develop, maintain, and facilitate implementation of Quality Management Plans
- Participate in training and staff development plans, mentor, provide guidance and participate in career development of I & E inspection team members
- Participate in Vendor and Contractor qualification process. Review Contractors’ and Vendors’ I & E specific Procedures
- Play active role in effectively implementing Operational Excellence, Value Improving, and Preventive Action Team Programs
- Proactively identify and assist in applying Best Practices and Lessons Learned and gaining implementation of actions necessary to improve performance
- Prepare periodic reports for Quality Manager
- Play active role in deployment of safety culture
- Ensure implementation and compliance of all CONTRACTOR and safety programs (CHESM, BBS)
- Remain knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in a safe manner and, while leading others
- Employ Quality Team Values to achieve continuous improvement and performance excellence including establishment of team member roles, responsibilities, standards and expectations
- Degree Graduate Electrical Engineer or RoK equivalent are preferable
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Quality Engineer
- Familiar with International codes including ASME, API, ASTM, NACE, EN/ISO
- Extensive experience within the welding industry. Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with experience of welding for Sour Service environments
