The Systems Completion Lead is accountable for all activities associated with the systems completion and turnover of the IOCC Orken facilities.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to providing input into design, establishing systems completions boundaries, developing plans, procedures and tools to manage the systems completion and turnover of assigned systems including:
- monitoring mechanical completion,
- executing pre-commissioning and commissioning of assigned systems.
Supporting the Systems Completion Manager to ensure systems are completed in such a way to support safe and reliable operations and sequenced start-up of the facility in line with the approved procedures. Provide clear direction to the area-based commissioning team to ensure safe, effective, planning and execution of all activities associated with systems completion and turnover.
Supporting the Systems Completion Manager to ensure integration of execution plans, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and initial startup, vendor support plans, etc. Maintain an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture in the Team and provide a strong focus in Process Safety. Search out and apply lessons learned and cascade them down to subordinates and other personnel as appropriate
Education (Diploma): Higher technical degree
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 10 years
Technical competencies: Commissioning
Qualifications\Certification: Higher technical degree
Skills e.g. Communication Skills etc: Shall be educated to degree level preferably with experience in Commissioning and Start Up. Must be a good communicator and fluent in English both writing and speaking. Proactive, responsible, person with a good attention to detail, and flexibility to adjust approach during execution of activities, as well as multitask, whilst maintaining priorities.
