Technical Support Manager (Caterpillar's Products, EXPAT - Indonesia)

ROLE:

What is your purpose?

You will be the Technical Support Manager, providing support for technical service and maintenance issues faced by clients on mining sites, with an established dealer in Indonesia. The positions are available in various locations. Full expatriate package is available including housing, travel and generous salary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What will you perform?

  • You will need to deal with customers regularly, as it is a senior customer-facing role, on reparation and maintenance work for Caterpillar's equipment.
  • You will have to manage the implementation of service strategy and policy and review the on-site operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • You will need to monitor and evaluate service processes and analyze the possibility for improvement to develop more reliable service process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are to be successful?

  • You need to have strong expertise with Caterpillar's equipment and its technicality.
  • You must be able to work in a diverse team from various cultures as a people Manager.
  • You have had good experience working as an expatriate in various new environments internationally.
