Location: Germany or Benelux, home office.

We supply to industrial processing customers throughout Europe, as well as multinational customers worldwide. Our customers are manufacturers of adhesives, coatings, composites, construction chemicals, resins, lubricants, paper, polyurethanes and rubber.

The Position and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an established individual to join our growing business as an Area Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for;
  • In the business of volatile, chemical raw materials, you are in dialogue with your customers and discuss them the respective global market and procurement situation.
  • You know the needs of your customers and continuously expand your / our delivery share.
  • You will carry out business development by attracting new customers and introducing new products in collaboration with our new products team.
  • In day-to-day business, you cooperate and get support from your internal partners from the Product Management and Inside Sales team.
  • 60% travel activities.

Experience Required:
  • Strong sales individual, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Analytical and able to work with figures.
  • Demonstrable successful experience, with chemical prime materials or specialities for industrial customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good listening and presentation skills.
