Context and environment PBF is the brownfield project division of TEPA and benefits of a matrix organization. It’s managing projects from FEED/Basic Engineering to Startup/ hand-over to Block Field Operation teams. The nature of the brownfield projects, i.e. most of the execution activities offshore are executed in SIMOPS on live FPSOs (Girassol, Dalia, Pazflor, CLOV on Block 17, Kaombo Norte and Sul on Block 32 and Begonia on Block 17/06) and congested seabed, increases the risks and consequently the challenges of the projects (coactivities with other projects and maintenance activities, minimization of production shortfalls…). 2/2 PBF is managing EPC contracts with major international Contractors but also local players including onshore prefabrication in Angola, offshore construction and Installation (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors). Within PBF projects portfolio, the GIRASSOL and DALIA life extension projects are aiming to extend the life of the GIRASSOL/ROSA and DALIA fields for an extra 10 years. DALIA CLOSED FLARE RETROFIT is part of the DALIA LIFEX project. Topsides modification scope consider the LP compressor rebundling and installation of the closed flare module with fast opening valves on the flare stacks and new flare gas recovery unit and the change of the blanketing gas of the Crude Oil Tanks.

1. Cash Management

• Partner with BUs on cash and banking matters
• Process improvement project leader
• Assist with accounting and compliance
• Analyse, present findings and advice on cash forecast variances

1. FX Risk Management

• Close collaboration with Europe’s treasury team
• Identify foreign currency exposure, analyse FX forecasts to improve forecast accuracy and formulate hedging strategies
• Keep business up to date about any regional legal and compliance changes, and advice on potential repercussions

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Treasury, Financial or Accounting role in a managerial capacity
• Good knowledge of FX derivatives and hedging accounting
• Strong data analysis skillset
• Strong process improvement experience
• Candidates with experience working on Treasury Management System will be prioritised

Airswift is seeking to invite an experienced Project Cost Lead to consider a 12-month contract with one of our clients on offshore platforms and subsea pipeline projects.

The accountabilities are to
 

• To promote & comply with applicable safety instruction and other Company HSE procedures in all activities
• In charge of Project Controls activities and lead the Project Controls team
• Lead development of Project Controls execution for CPP Package
• Supervision of project controls activities, and other services for the CPP package: Cost control, Budgeting, Contracts, Planning and scheduling, risks, Administration, Personnel coordination, IT etc.
• Supervision of cost engineering activities including development and implementation of CPP cost control systems, invoice processing activities, monthly cost reporting, trending, FAC Analysis, cost variance analysis, funding budgets and cash forecast
• Supervision of cost estimating/forecasting activities including periodic project re-estimates
• Supervision of planning & scheduling activities including detailed project schedules, progress and performance monitoring, schedule deviations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in similar activities for Oil & Gas projects.
• Advanced knowledge & experience in use of relevant computer systems
• EPC Contracts mechanisms

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification (desired) in a technical / environment related discipline (essential).
• A minimum of 5 years offshore environmental approvals experience (essential).
• LNG operational experience and knowledge of industry process/environmental risks. Delivering current/best practice controls.
• Knowledge of national and international environmental legislation and standards.
• Experience and skill in the application of Environmental legislation, Environmental tools, and techniques.
• Excellent external stakeholder liaison skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and a willingness to proactively connect stakeholders across the business.
• The courage to share views, insights, uncomfortable truths whilst accepting and supporting decisions made.
